A systematic management of quality of business in Ricardo began with the cycle of introducing management systems and with the adoption of the company’s code of conduct, all of which took place in 2010.
In 2011, a quality management and food safety system was established, documented and certified in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 standard (prescribed by the International Organization for Standardization) as well as the hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) system for goods and food products in the transport sector, distribution and technical services. In 2012 we expanded the system to include the warehousing sector. In our work we also pay a great deal of attention to environmental protection and consequently, a number of improvements were made focusing on ecological exclusion of substances from the process of servicing and maintenance of vehicles, storage, handling and disposal or recovery of waste and potentially hazardous substances.
The quality and food safety management system determines the course of our business process, the interconnection of processes, responsibilities and authorizations, as well as the necessary operating procedures and instructions. Quality requires a combined effort from all of us!
Our success in implementing such a complex business (in terms of processes involved) is confirmed by the following quality certificates:
- ISO 9001 Ouality Management System
- HACCP system-Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points
- GMP+ -quality system of feed and feed materials
